Handheld device with four interchangeable frames perfect for cutting a different types of confectionery products, such as tandems, pastry wraps, sheets, bars, tea cookies, sponge cake sheet, marzipan, puff pastry, salted confectionery, cocktail pastries and more.
On the chocolates side it allows us to cut all kinds of rolled fillings or framed praline, giandujas, truffles, toffees, creams and similar products.
Its system of cable-cutting guarantees a clean cut with and uniform without any burr in the surface. Depending on the hardness of the material the cutting operation will done consecutively or intermittent but once started the operation the frame should not be removed to prevent the shift of the material.
Combining the different spaces between the wires of the corresponding frames, we will have the possibility of cutting square, rectangular or rhomboid shapes, always adjusting to the product’s texture thickness. It is always advice to clean up the cables after use to avoid any burrs on the next cut.
